Introducing Persona Contexts

We’re thrilled to introduce support for Persona Contexts — a major leap forward in how teams collaborate with AI agents in Quasible.ai.

Starting today, you can define, save, and reuse named contexts that determine what files, folders, and resources a persona has access to. It’s a modular way to manage information visibility, streamline collaboration, and bring greater clarity to your workflows.

What Are Persona Contexts?

A Persona Context is a named set of resources — files, folders, URLs, datasets — that define the working environment for a specific persona or agent. Instead of manually configuring access each time, you can now:

  • 🔖 Create a named context (e.g. “Q2 Compliance Review”, “Weekly Sales Brief”, or “Engineering Roadmap”).
  • 👤 Assign it to one or more personas.
  • 🔄 Reuse it across workflows and scenarios.

Think of it as a “workspace within a workspace” — one that can be curated, shared, and reused across your team.

Why It Matters

At Quasible.ai, we know that collaboration is at the core of successful AI-driven work. Teams need structure, clarity, and control — not chaos. Persona Contexts deliver just that:

  • Consistency
Ensure every agent or team member is working from the same set of information.

  • 🔄 Reusability
No need to rebuild context from scratch for recurring workflows.

  • 🔐 Focused Access
Keep personas (and people) zeroed in on just what they need.

  • 👥 Better Team Collaboration
Share contexts across personas to build multi-agent workflows that actually understand their domain.

Real-World Examples

  • 📄 “Compliance Audit Context”: A PDF report + link to the regulatory body’s website. Assigned to a legal-review persona.
  • 📊 “Weekly Sales Sync”: Sales spreadsheets + CRM notes. Shared across sales analyst and planning personas.
  • 🧪 “Product QA Review”: Feature spec folder + bug tracker export. Used by testing and documentation personas.

Getting Started

Creating and using Persona Contexts is simple:

  1. Go to any workspace.
  2. Select the resources you want a persona to access.
  3. Save the selection as a named context.
  4. Assign it to any persona — now or later.

The next time you or a teammate needs to run a similar workflow, just reassign the saved context. No reconfiguration. No duplication.

Build Smarter. Collaborate Better.

Persona Contexts make Quasible.ai more modular, more scalable, and more team-friendly. Whether you're orchestrating a multi-agent project or just trying to keep your personas in sync, this feature makes it easier to do your best work — together.

Try Persona Contexts today and see how much cleaner, faster, and smarter your workflows become.

As always, we’d love your feedback. Let us know what you think!
